The ACE Motors DIY Electric Motorcycle Platform is a fully engineered, open-build electric motorcycle system developed in partnership with Renewable Systems Technology. This platform gives builders, fabricators, and early adopters access to a real, proven electric motorcycle architecture — not a concept, not a toy, and not a locked-down consumer product.

This is the foundation of ACE Motors’ next-generation electric vehicles.

Designed from the ground up for modular powertrains, high-voltage battery systems, and off-road durability, the platform supports a wide range of configurations — from lightweight trail machines to high-performance electric builds capable of serious torque and speed.

What You’re Getting

This product provides professionally developed plans and digital assets that allow you to build your own electric motorcycle using readily available components and standard fabrication tools.

Included Assets

• Full electric motorcycle frame geometry and dimensions

• Swingarm, battery enclosure, and fairing designs

• Detailed battery pack layout (LiFePO₄ architecture)

• Wiring schematic for a 72V high-power system

• CAD/STL files for fabrication, modification, or CNC workflows

• Bill of materials covering structural, electrical, and drivetrain components

The design is intentionally transparent and modifiable, making it ideal for builders who want to learn, experiment, and iterate.

  ~300 Nm at the wheel via a 2-stage reduction (~10.4:1)

  ~4 kWh LiFePO₄ pack @ 72V
  Up to ~100 km range at typical 40–50 km/h trail speeds

• Top Speed:
  ~75 km/h in current configuration (higher potential with tuning)

• Target Weight:
  ~190–200 lbs curb weight (build-dependent)

• Suspension Geometry:
  Long-travel front forks and progressive rear linkage
  Designed for 19”/18” or 21”/18” wheel setups
