What We Do Today
Today, ACE Motors designs and fabricates off-road electric components and development platforms, including:
- Structural frames for electric off-road projects
- Modular mounting systems and enclosures
- Builder-focused platforms intended for private land, closed-course, and experimental use
We do not currently sell complete vehicles.
Final assembly, configuration, and use are the responsibility of the builder.
This stage allows us to validate designs, materials, and layouts under real operating conditions before advancing to fully integrated systems.
Our Staged Development Model
ACE Motors follows a phased roadmap designed to reduce risk, improve safety, and ensure long-term viability.
Phase 1 — Component & Platform Development (Current)
- Fabricated frames and modular systems
- Builder-led testing and feedback
- Field validation in real terrain
- Revenue reinvested directly into R&D
Phase 2 — Integrated Off-Road Systems
- Prototype complete off-road electric systems
- Controlled testing environments
- Thermal, structural, and electrical validation
- Limited pilot deployments
Phase 3 — Compliance-Ready Platforms
- Engineering alignment with applicable standards
- Design refinement for manufacturability
- Preparation for certification pathways
Phase 4 — Transport Canada–Compliant Systems (Planned)
- Select platforms engineered to meet Transport Canada and CMVSS requirements
- Certification-driven design decisions
- Formal compliance, documentation, and approvals
- Market-ready, regulated products introduced only when standards are met
This roadmap ensures that when ACE Motors introduces TC-compliant systems, they are proven, compliant, and responsibly engineered — not rushed to market.
